Jim DuBos

James DuBos has served as a leading entrepreneur in the technology and education industry for more than 30 years. As founder and CEO of The DuBos Group, he is a trusted partner to firms around the country and is highly regarded for bringing together the brightest minds, developing cutting-edge strategies, and delivering tremendous growth and success.


While the scope of his expertise reaches across multiple industries and business models, his approach to employee focused professional development has never faltered and rests on four fundamental components: Gratitude, Humility, Servant, and Team. The result is the creation of numerous, highly-successful companies and tightly-knit teams with longstanding relationships. James’ approach is not just good for business. Prior to founding The DuBos Group, James founded or co-founded, and sold six companies, including Transformyx, Ascendant Technology Partners, PE-Learn.com, Cohesive Technology Solutions, Premier1 and R&D Networking. His other work includes serving on the board of Integrate ASP and as the first Chief Information Officer for the State of Louisiana under Gov. Murphy “Mike” Foster.



James has also served as the Executive Director for numerous Non-Profits including Catholic Youth World Network, a national youth organization serving more than 35,000 youth and 3000 volunteers. He also co-founded Thy Kingdom Come, Inc. with his wife Patricia, to create a media project called, The Catholic Mass…Revealed! which has been distributed to 40 countries to educate on the Catholic mass.

When he’s not serving customers, James loves spending time with his wife of 34 years and their six children, as well as boating on the Gulf Coast with family and friends.
