Grant Nuckolls

Grant is currently the owner of Twisted Root Burger Co. and the co-owner of Jacquelyn’s Café, Cuban Liquor Co., and a new South Shreveport location of Southern Maid Donuts which is opening winter 2022. Prior to being a business owner, Grant was the Product Manager for Hardware Resources where he was responsible for the product design, sales, marketing, quality, and profitability of a $50 million product line.



Grant graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Management and with a Master of Finance degree both from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. In addition to his business interests, Grant faithfully serves on the Shreveport-Bossier Military Affairs Council, is President of the Boy Scouts of America Norwela Council, and a board member of the committee of One Hundred, Inc. of Shreveport, and the Independence Bowl Foundation. Grant has been recognized for his many accomplishments, including receiving the City of Shreveport “Love Shreveport” Award in 2019 and the Shreveport Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year in 2016.
